Dear Peggy,
What an awesome time we had! Considering our busy schedule trying to book yachts for people, doing all of our Mardi Gras events, my medical trips, and trying to keep up with the Pilgrimage Garden Club and Chamber of Commerce doings, we are so glad that we just simply said, "Enough!" After a couple of phone calls, on the spur of the moment, Tom and I packed up, threw Magnolia's things together, and jumped in the car for an impulsive trip to Summit to unwind with Peggy and Hazel at the Buckey Moore B&B. The moment we arrived, Hazel and Peggy were waiting outside for us, and Magnolia (our 2 year old yellow Lab) was thrilled that there was someone there waiting for her also. Even though Hazel was a little "above" playing with Magnolia, they got along amazingly, and we know that we can bring Magnolia back anytime.
Peggy, your food was fantastic, and your Bloody Marys and Mimosas even better. The Eagles Nest was perfect for all 3 of us, especially the very kingsized bed and our own entrance, stairway, and balcony. Thanks so much for allowing us to decompress and relax for a few days. We cannot wait until we return. Peggy, you are an amazing lady! Much love to Hazel from Magnolia, and us to you. Sandy T.

Hiram & I enjoyed our stay tremendously! The room was beautiful and very inviting. The bed was very comfortable and luxurious! And what a wonderful surprise to see what you had in store for us for breakfast. We had a delightful time and I will reccomend your beautifully decorated B&B to all of our friends and family! It felt like I had left town on vacation. Thank you again and we will see you in February for our anniversary!

Dear Peggy O’Connell,
We have eventually arrived home after such a wonderful holiday and just had to write
and say that we really picked a 5 star winner when we booked in at Bucky Moore for our
stay in Mississippi.
We loved your house with its elegant furniture and all your collections of glass and china,
paintings and books - all beautifully displayed. The garden and surrounding area was so
peaceful and relaxing sitting on the verandah and listening to the birds and other wildlife
– we were especially fond of the frogs!
Our meals were delicious and we are grateful to the effort you made to cook your
Southern recipes for us – mind you our waistlines have really expanded some and it will
be diet meals here for a while. Our next visit we shall have to sample Martina’s Mexican cooking.
We had such a friendly welcome from you and Hazel the dog, we were so comfortable
we really didn’t want to leave.
Thank you for all your kindness and friendship it was very much appreciated.
