Reservation Methods


The Bucky Moore B & B offers three ways to make your reservation easy.

1) By Telephone: Call +1.601.276.6862 - ask for availability - make room reservation by giving; Name, credit card & expiration date, telephone number and email address or mailing address (if time permitted) *Confirmation info see below.

2) By Fax: Call +1.601.276.6829 - make sure to add you name, credit card number, expiration date, number of rooms, number of people, type room, arrival night, number of nights,  telephone number and email address or mailing addrss or fax number. (printable fax form coming)

3) By Email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) - make sure to add you name, credit card number, expiration date, number of rooms, number of people, type room, arrival night, number of nights,  telephone number and email address or mailing addrss or fax number. * For security reasons divide your credit card number and send in two different emails.

Confirmations are usually emailed or mailed the same day (email is checked 8am & 9pm and sometimes several times in-between. The confirmation shoulld be received the same day or following morning.

All reservations made by fax & emails are made on a request basis until a guaranteed confirmation is email back to you. With only four guests rooms with 4 different type rooms, available is always a question. Please do NOT assume you have a room reservation until a response is received (Must read "Confirmation" in the subject line), which should be the same day or night.

PLEASE READ YOUR CONFIRMATION CLOSELY. At times maistake can be made. If you find a problem with your confirmation, please contact us immediatly. It is easier to correct the problem the sooner we get your response.

Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival. If you must cancel any portion of your stay, please notify 48 hours before check-in (which means by noon 2 days before). If you do not, a one night deposit will be forfieted or a gift certificate will be offered.

A $5 per room per night handling charge will be charged for any rescheduling or cancellations - this is a handling fee.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed with prior notification and approval.
